
We are here on this earth to fine tune our ability to better feel our way rather than think our way through life. Our brains are good at problem-solving based on facts and figures but lousy at deciphering emotions and feelings. Being able to focus inward and feel without giving weight to the mind's fearful interpretations is the secret to more peace, clarity and personal truth.
The next time inspiration hits, an uneasy feeling surfaces or a sense of knowing awakens, believe it and respond authentically. Only let the mind join in if it helps draft up a plan of action. Ignore the mind, when it pleads its case based on doubt, fear and limits.
Taking moments throughout the day to be still, deep breathe and check in on feelings and physical sensations will help us "be better" and "do better" at "feeling better" about ourselves and our choices we make in this life.
